WHAT I DO: I am a Senior Sale Executive Director at Ten-X Commercial focused on supporting institutional and private commercial real estate owners and brokers in transacting real estate ONLINE by providing auction technology, global marketing campaigns and process efficiencies and tools.  Ten-X is a no-cost service for sellers and their brokers, and the platform has facilitated the successful marketing and sale of over 10,000 properties for over $30 billion.  For properties accepted on to ten-X, approximately 6 of every 10 sell and the entire process from start to closing table and commissions paid is less than 100 days.

ONLINE AUCTION EXPERTISE: Placed and managed over $1 billion of CRE marketed on Ten-X encompassing most every type, size, and class of CRE throughout country from tertiary to CBD markets, both as a seller/user and as an business development director. Working collaboratively with sellers and brokers, the Ten-X platform offers commercial property and loan sale advisory expertise to maximize execution for our clients

WHAT I’VE DONE: Trusted Real Estate Investment Director with 30 years of substantial and diverse experience including portfolio/asset management, reporting, finance, JV structuring, capital markets, business development, originations, business unit operations, restructuring/workouts, and relationship management with regional, national and international responsibilities for public institutions and private equity. MS in Real Estate Investment and Finance- NYU. Technical expertise in the valuation and financial modeling of commercial real estate, equity and loan underwriting, and capital stack structuring across all property types.
